Input for a dry-type oil-air condenser transformer/reactor rated for voltages from 40.5 kV to 550 kV

Product Application:
Transformer/reactor bushings with resin-impregnated paper (RIP) condenser cores are mainly used in power transformers and reactors as current-carrying conductors for input or output of current on the high-, medium-, and low-voltage sides of the transformer/reactor. They also serve as insulation between the oil tank housing and the transformer/reactor body.

Operating Conditions:
  • Altitude: 1000 m (for altitudes exceeding 1000 m, the design can be adjusted according to the altitude correction factor)
  • Ambient temperature: −45 ℃ to +60 ℃
  • Mounting position: Any angle

Product Structure:

The bushing mainly consists of a current-carrying rod, RIP condenser core, external insulation made of high-temperature liquid silicone rubber, grading (equalizing) sphere, test tap, fastening components, and other parts.

Product Advantages:

  • Unique resin formulation system and specially designed buffer layer.
  • RIP bushing series, produced with the world’s most advanced manufacturing equipment, ensures superior electrical stability, thermal resistance, and mechanical performance.
  • Lightweight and compact design for easier transportation and installation, with no maintenance required.
  • Oil- and gas-free, making it environmentally friendly and explosion-proof.
  • Large insulation safety margin — the main insulation uses imported crepe paper impregnated with resin, while the condenser screens are made of high-quality aluminum foil, providing extremely low local losses, partial discharge, and dielectric loss levels.
  • Excellent overall performance, ensuring long-term stable operation in power networks.
